Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Usually it takes 3-5 weeks for a dice set and 2-3 weeks for a single die or d4 pendants. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept exchanges?

A: Yes, it’s not a problem! You will need to pay for the shipping both to return it and for the new set to get to you.

Q: I received a dice with a flaw, can I replace it?

A: Yes! Please send an email with a picture of the flaw and let me know which dice to send you.

Q: Where are you from?

A: We are located and work from home in Ukraine, but we have warehouse in US  and ship from US! We do not have a way for you to pick up dice, so ordering here is best!

A: Yes, we have worldwide shipping.
